Sanaye Ijade Razmyaran
Razmiaran Industries was established in 1372 with the aim of producing all kinds of car connecting rods as the first industrial company in Nayin city, and in 1373 it started the production line of the arrow connecting rods for the first time in Iran. This company is the founder of the auto parts manufacturing industry in Nain city and currently, with the implementation of the IATF quality management system, it is the main producer of connecting rods in Iran.
The field of activity of this company includes the machining of all kinds of connecting rods for domestic and foreign light vehicles, heavy vehicles, various types of connecting rods (motorcycles, compressors, etc.) and carrying out the assembly process of connecting rods and pistons.
Naein Motor Yaran
This company was established in 2016 and is active in the field of forging and grinding operations of all kinds of gudgeon pins and machining of connecting rods.
This company is currently the main producer of gajen pin in Iran with the implementation of the IATF quality management system.
Arman Rakhshe Kavian
With over 20 years of experience in machine building, as well as the design and manufacturing of molds, fixtures, and tools, Arka Company offers a wide range of services supported by a skilled team of university professors and experienced engineers. In 1400, the company achieved recognition as a knowledge-based enterprise, receiving a license from the Vice President for Science and Technology.
Arka Company operates through four key departments, providing essential services in machine building, tool sharpening, precision tool inspection, and trade.

Nagin Yadak Kimia (Nik)
Negin Yadak Kimia Company (Private Joint Stock) was established in 1400 under the supervision of Yaran Holding in Tehran, with the goal of trading and distributing a wide range of spare parts and accessories for both Iranian and foreign cars, as well as all motor vehicles with internal combustion engines. The company also focuses on supplying raw materials for production lines.
Scope of Activities:
- Buying, selling, and distributing various spare parts for domestic and foreign cars, as well as for all motor vehicles with internal combustion engines.
- Establishing a passenger car repair shop and obtaining authorized dealership agreements for sales and after-sales services from car manufacturers or providing independent repair shop services.
- Developing a distribution network for spare parts sales.
- Offering commercial services for customs clearance of goods within the country.
Team Yar
Team Yar Company was established in 1401 with the goal of providing research and development services across all technical fields, including line optimization, technology advancement, and more, to holding companies. Additionally, it aims to offer technical and optimization services to Arka Company’s customers.
